Benders custom printing service allows you to communicate with your customers in order to reinforce your message and maximise consumer brand recognition.

With our six colour printing technology, you can take your personalised message to the consumer in even more exciting and innovative ways.  Benders printing capability has received significant investment in recent years and now offers state of the art printing with unmatched quality across all product ranges. We can now produce superb high quality photographic imagery on cups to further enhance all specification requirements and generate personalised design.

DESIGNING FOR YOU
Our design studio uses the latest computer and reprographic technology, enabling us to create designs that work best for you – to your specifications. We can work from existing artwork, modifying where necessary for our products and processes or provide templates for your designer’s use together with a ‘full colour visual’ for your approval.

All our products can be customised to suit the needs of your business; not only napkins and cups, but our whole range, from tablecovers, banquet rolls, placemats and plates.

PRINTING COLOURS
We can overprint coloured products as well as white, subject to achieving contrast between ink and tissue. All colour's listed in our stock ranges are available for overprinting. Special napkin colour's are also available.

DELIVERY QUANTITIES
To minimise the impact of our transport costs we aim to ship all minimum quantities for one delivery to one location.  For more information refer to Made-to-Measure Product Specification Summary Sheet.

OVER AND UNDER RUNS - The quantity of any custom print order is subject to an over or under-run of 10% (or one case if greater per item), except for cups at 15%. All over-runs will be included in shipment. This is standard practice in the printing industry.

Production times vary from product to product and are subject to seasonal trends. However, many of our products are made continuously and delivery usually takes no more than 3-4 weeks from approval. For repeat orders, delivery is often quicker.

Custom Print Process

 

  1. We offer 6 colour printing on a range of products. We print process and screen work and can discuss detail with your designers.
  2. You may choose to have our designers create a design in our own studio – providing a ‘full colour visual’ for your approval, or we can accept your existing artwork, modifying it where necessary for our products and processes. We can apply the design to a wide range of products and will provide templates for your designer’ to use.
  3. Regardless of the design service you use, once you have approved the ‘colour visual’, manufacturing is scheduled and the printing plates and inks ordered. At this time we confirm delivery dates.

Bespoke disposables need not be as expensive as you may think.
