How to Order - Product
As an existing customer of Benders, you can order product as follows:
- Order via the Login area of this website
- Fax an order to +44 (0) 1978 855101
- Email an order to info@benders.co.uk
- Send an order via EDI
- Call customer services on +44 (0) 870 609 1010
As a retailer who purchases product via wholesalers, you can submit an order enquiry to Benders that will then be forwarded to an appropriate wholesaler, who will contact you to confirm pricing and their ability to deliver against your enquiry.
How to Order - Samples
Samples can be ordered online via the "Request a sample" feature within the product details section or alternatively call us on

Order & Case Quantity
All Benders range of stock products are available to order by the case with the exception of four products which are only available to order by the pallet. These are 1ply Luncheon napkins, Mate Dispenser napkins, 33cm 2ply white napkins and 40cm 2ply white napkins.
When we supply custom printed products we aim to ship all minimum quantities for one delivery to one location. For more information refer to Made-to-Measure Product Specification Summary Sheet.
Delivery Timings
Benders operate a standardised delivery diary schedule. All orders that are received by mid-day on day one of the order process will be delivered 3 working days after receipt of order.
Order Sizes
Benders operate a minimum 50 case order requirement for deliveries within the UK, and a 100 case minimum for all Export deliveries.
