  • Quality Controller

    Salary: 9.92 ph Full time

    We are currently looking for a new Quality Controller to join our team based at our site on the Gresford Industrial Park

Put simply, we supply exciting products that really work.


    We are currently looking for a new Quality Controller to join our team based at our site on the Gresford Industrial Park. Reporting to the Shift Supervisor/Quality Assurance Manager this role with involve working an 8-day repeating pattern of 4 on 4 off with 2x12 hour days and 2x12 hour nights commencing at 6.00am / pm and finishing at 6.00 am / pm. The hourly rate for this role is £9.97 inclusive of a 33% shift premium.



    • To ensure that H&S rules and regulations are adhered to, at all times, during the shift
    • To effectively and efficiently manage the quality, safety and legality of products throughout the Production process
    • To monitor and report non-conformances and ensure they are raised, communicated and managed through to completion in a timely manner and through the correct reporting process
    • To undertake routine quality control testing complying with internal procedures at all times
    • To facilitate inspection of product to verify it meets the required specification and labelling (traceability) requirements prior to release to customer
    • To undertake quality related audits accurately and thoroughly
    • To actively promote quality standards across the business
    • To assist to maintain and continually improve the  quality management system in line with current BRC, HACCP and Hygiene requirements
    • To play an active role in the company’s continuous improvement plan to support the delivery of Company objectives
    • To perform any other duties necessary as requested by a member of the management team



    •  Literacy or numeracy up to Level 2 or equivalent
    • Experience of working in a similar capacity preferably within a FMCG environment
